Great G O team! You can criticise the Line s in the rooms but certainly not the G O team at Turks. Today our group had lunch with MANUELA and CHAVEZ who have entertained us at the aquagym and throughout our 2 week stay. Great personnalities and maturity both are future management prospects. After some 2 dozen trips at Club Med I keep returning for the quality of the people we keep meeting.

Excellent food, amazing beach and the GO's were fabulous and made it so much fun. Manuela the yoga instructor, who was always smiling and raising the energy, as well as, Royce, Chavas and the Circus team. Tulio greeted us with a smile at every meal. The only thing negative is that the rooms were outdated.

Our experience at Club Med Turks & Caicos was made so much more special thanks to Annabelle D.! She is truly one of a kind. Whether she was leading fitness activities or simply spending time with guests, she always brought a smile, incredible energy, and such a welcoming spirit.

Since this was our first time at Club Med, we really appreciated how Annabelle went out of her way to make us feel at home. She took the time to explain the Club Med culture, share its traditions, and help us understand what makes the experience so unique. She even joined us for dinner, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us the opportunity to get to know her beyond the fitness classes.

You can tell that Annabelle genuinely loves what she does and cares about making guests happy. Her friendliness, professionalism, and personal touch made a lasting impression on us.

Club Med is lucky to have someone like Annabelle on their team. She didn’t just make our vacation better; she made us feel like part of the family. We won’t forget her and hope to see her again on our next visit!

We just got back from 5 days at Turkoise. Here is an honest review from our time there.

In terms of the Pros:

The beach is spectacular, probably the best I have ever been to. The water was a little rough while we were there but the colour of the sand and water were amazing.

The food is excellent, while there is only one restaurant plus a beach snack bar, the variety and quality of the food is top notch. The service staff are great.

The resort is fairly compact so it's easy to get around compared to a lot of the mega resorts we've been to. The staff are generally very helpful and resort has a very friendly vibe. Royce and Matthew from watersports were great and Annie from the scuba/snorkeling was super nice and helpful.

Some areas for improvement and things I did not like;

The rooms are quite small and the room layout is not ideal with the toilet in its own room (separate from shower and sink) however the rooms have been updated with new decor so they look modern. We got a balcony room in Water Cay with a water view and the view was nice.

Communication between the front desk and guests is lacking. There is no phone in the guest rooms and so if there is an issue regarding your room, or an excursion, etc or airport shuttle for example, you need to walk down and confirm everything every single time with the front desk. There is a digital concierge but it is not quick to get an answer. This doesn't need to be complicated, just a way for the front desk to message or talk to guests directly is needed. We almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport because the time was changed and no one told us. So if you are staying here make sure to walk down and double check everything with the front desk.

The other thing I think needs improvement was the tiled areas around the pool, these are very slippery when wet and this is unsafe especially with a lot of older guests walking around. I saw a couple of people slip and fall and almost fell myself. The tiles need to be replaced or coated with something to make them less slippery.

Apart from the few issues above, overall I liked the resort and we had a great time, it's the first adults only resort we have been to and it's a nice chill vibe there and you can do as much or as little as you want.

I had visited Club Med as a young single person 30+ years ago, and when my brother was looking for a place to unwind where he wouldn’t have to think or make too many decisions, I wondered whether it would work as a place for two somewhat older guys to go for a break. The short answer is that it worked fine. The room was comfortable, the food was better than we expected, and while there were always things to do, there was no pressure to do them if you wanted a break. Despite fairly terrible weather, we had a nice relaxing time and were able to consistently find things to do when we wanted to be active and places to relax when we didn’t. We also met other guests through activities and just around meal tables, which was nice. It was impressive that the place seemed to work equally well for young and older and singles and couples as well as groups of friends and families.
