Amazing up to my expectations very Club Med not like the last experience from Club Med Cherating was bad last year 2025!

Took a chance on Club Med Phuket this time again… and they DELIVERED 💥 10/10 comeback, I’m beyond happy!

We had a wonderful time at Club Med Phuket. As a family of three with a toddler, we particularly loved the Family Oasis and the resort’s close proximity to Kata Beach—both perfect for enjoying water games with young children.

A special mention goes to the restaurant, where the food was outstanding. Every day, the quality and variety were truly impressive. We would especially like to thank Chef Jeffrey, who made us feel so well looked after from the moment we arrived. He kindly checked in with us and even prepared food for our son upon request—although, to be fair, the buffet already offers something for every taste.

We’d also like to give a shoutout to the wonderful GOs Nana, Winnie, and Jasmine. They always greeted us with the warmest smiles and took the time to play with our son whenever they could—he absolutely adored them.

We would wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly holiday with young children.

We had heard good things about Club Med Phuket from other G.Os and we decided to book a short 4D3N stay that coincided with my wife's birthday. And we were not disappointed - perhaps lucky because the resort had recently gone through some renovation. We booked a Superior Room - it was spacious for 2 pax, clean, the bed was comfortable, and toilet was functional. Best of all (and if you're a frequent Club Med traveller, you will agree), there was a Smart TV! Unlike the older Club Meds with just a normal TV, this is perfect for families who need a distraction for their kids while the adults get ready.
While the whole vicinity is huge, it takes about 7-10 mins to stroll from one end to the other. There are also buggy services available. Service crew at the restaurant were also attentive to guests' needs. Special mention to the chefs who cooked the Thai/Asian food - they were delicious and authentic. My wife and I constantly looked forward to the Thai food selection for every meal.
Spa service was good as well. The manager Sophie has a calming presence and will give you a very professional service according to your needs.
We also took the opportunity to attend a few rounds of Muay Thai sessions because this is a unique sport not offered at other Club Meds. Ajahn Seksan is a gem of a teacher - funny, witty and warm. He scales his workout according to your fitness levels, while making sure you enjoy his unforgettable padwork session :) Thank you Ajahn!
If there is one thing that we need to feedback on, it will be the specialty restaurant Chuda Restaurant. Personally, it was underwhelming to us. It requires 1-2 days advanced booking, and we came in with expectations. The restaurant's food and overall ambience was just... standard - it did not leave a strong impression as expected of a specialty restaurant. My wife and I were left wanting and we went to the main restaurant for seconds before we were satisfied.
A special mention for sales manager Retna, whom we had met previously at Tomamu. She is a dedicated and motivated G.O, who strives for excellence in her work and to uphold the warm and famed hospitality experience that Club Med is renowned for. We will go as far to say that any CDV in the region will be lucky to have her on his/her team. Thank you Retna for taking care of us the past few days - till we meet again and wishing you all the best in your career!

Kids really love the mini club. Thank you for taking good care of them and they enjoyed so much! Thanks to Manow, Pauline, Jaden, Yini, Christian, ADD, Film, Milk, Zix and Rita!

Special thanks to ADD & Zix, my kids were looking for the color bands and they purposely passed to them before they left! So nice of them!

Just got back from Club Med Phuket and it truly felt like a complete escape from reality 🌴✨

The resort is beautifully set with lush greenery and a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The all-inclusive experience is a huge plus — from the variety of food (consistently good) to the wide range of activities for both adults and kids. The G.O. team — A, Sophia, Milk, Min, Azizul, Manow, Pauline, and the rest of the amazing team — were warm, energetic, and made the stay feel extra special.

What stood out most was how family-friendly it is — plenty to keep the kids engaged while still giving parents time to relax. The shows and evening atmosphere added a fun, lively touch to each day.

Of course, like any resort, it can get a little busy during peak times, but overall the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and absolutely worth it.

Would definitely come back for another recharge 💛✈️
