Cherating Beach Malaysia

It’s our first time in a Club Med resort and the experience was exceptional. Thanks to all the wonderful staff, especially Gini, Nazmi and Jun, for their warm assistance and hospitality. We tried out the trapaze and archery and it was lots of fun. A big thank you to the amazing sports team. Plus, our kids enjoyed the batik painting (hosted by the super friendly Ms Hitomi) very much, and thrilled to bring their work home. This resort is highly recommended for families with kids who would surely have an unforgettable time here.

Had a great weekend with my wife and kids. We fell in love with the one stop centre concept of club med. One of the most helpful thing is the mini club and petit club. We were worried at first since it's our first time trying something like a "daycare" during our holiday but we were kept at ease when we saw the facility and how well prepared the mini clubs were. The GO members at the mini clubs, fida, Liz and miya took great care of our kids by updating what they were doing from time to time. My kid had a great time that he dont want to go back home even after we picked him up. Didn't expect much at first but they surprised us with the hospitality. Will definitely send them again next time.

We also enjoyed the welcoming hospitality from the GO members, everyone is so welcoming and greeted us when we passed by them. A few things to improve is the food although quite alot of variety but the taste is quite bland. The meat is abit tough and chewy, other food is just normal not that impressive. The rooms are slightly small but understandable maybe its the design since they started building the resort. But overall we had an enjoyable stay and had fun. Will definitely plan to come again soon.

This vacation has been by far the best I’ve ever experienced in terms of service and entertainment by any hotel establishment throughout all my years of travel.
The staff here are next level when it comes to looking after their guests.
