Cancún Mexico

We had such a wonderful family vacation at Club Med Cancun! What really made our trip special was the amazing staff.

A huge thank you to Elsa and Pierre from the Kids Club! They were absolutely exceptional, and our kids loved them! It was so nice seeing how excited the kids were to spend time with them every day. Jose was another highlight of our trip! He always remembered my drink and would sometimes have it ready before I even had to ask. Stanley, our photographer, was incredible! He captured so many beautiful moments throughout our entire vacation. Purchasing the photo package was expensive but worth it lol.

We did have a bit of an issue with the moisture levels in our original room, but the resort was great about addressing our concerns and moving us to another room. We really appreciated how they handled the situation.

Overall, we had an amazing time! This is the place to be if you have a family with kids, everyone gets to vacation.... and the people truly make this resort special, and we can't wait to come back.

Great family friendly resort, great time of the year to travel if not looking for big crowds. Very safe, great excursion to Isla Mujeres! Highly recommend!

For some of our party, this was a 3rd trip to CM Cancun this year which goes to show you how much we enjoy this resort. On the Cancun hotel strip, no other resort offers so many activities! Special shout outs to the GO Sailing team (Paulo, Alphonso, Carla, and Italia) for such great service, to Pablo at snorkeling, and Obed for amzaing power walks and aquagym!

Our room, this time, was lagoon facing but same layout as all the other rooms. One room had AC leaking issues but through the app, we notified maintenance and the issue was fixed. Rooms are quite functional but, and we've mention this before, wish more hooks were added to shower room and balconies for hanging wet bathing suits!

Buffet in main restaurant was always good with penty of choices though meat offerings tended to have way too much fat on them. We did to Taco Arte one night for sit down dinner and walked away a little disappointed.

Shows put on almost nightly were entertaining and the GO's try really hard to get the crowd involved. We were there for the halloween "ghost train" and that was especially well done!

Unfortunately the Chef was away and the interim chef was not as engaging with the guests as we had experienced in the past. I know managing a large resort is lots of work but that is part of the CM experience for guests...

The staff at the water sports were exceptional, Paulo, Italia, Alfonso and Carla! they instructed six in our group thoroughly, professionaly and safely. Paulo taught us how to sail and I feel confident I know what to do with a four person catamaran. I
We also kayakedand I just finished paddleboarding. Xarla made it so easy, I did not fall and was able to do it at once.
Also, the food is top quality, much better than several all inclusive hotels I have stayed. The hospitality and entertaient are also great quality. Willhighly recommend! Not a boring moment, but I have also rested from.months of stress.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Club med Cancun. The hotel is beautiful (lot of space) and offers many facilities (several beaches, pools, sport). The staff is so friendly (special thanks to Maria and Alicia at the restaurant) and food is incredible. I would highly recommend.
