Our family had a memorable stay at the resort making many once in a life time memories. The entertainment, aqua aerobics, beaches, pools and food were top notch.
The location is just amazing!!

A special shout out to some staff who went above and beyond, Jason for organising the rugby game for us! And Reezy for the warm welcoming and advice on resort options going forward.

The only negatives would be that majority of the communication is in French, including the kids club which resulted in our kids only spending a few hours there.
Certain members at reception were not always helpful and when asked questions would stare blankly at you.

All in all we had an amazing holiday, filled with lots of laughter and fun. I would definitely recommmend the resort to family and friends with children.

We (a family of 4) spent a wonderful 10 days at Club Med Pointe Aux Canonniers. The food, activities and facilities were all excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful but Waheeza (housekeeping), Jaimie (Alma), Reezy (Reception) and Yaya (Kids Club) made it a truly memorable experience.

The first thing I noticed when our shuttle dropped us off was the beauty of the resort. The beaches and the mountains in the distance are once in a lifetime views. These were only equalled by the hospitality of the staff, who were absolutely wonderful. Waheela, who was the housekeeper for my room, was so incredibly kind. She greeted me and my friend every day with warmth and asked us if everything was good. She noticed that I liked sleeping on the couch since I like firmer beds, and immediately set up the couch as a bed with a full set of sheets and blankets!

I also want to specifically call out Olivier, Nael, Jojo, Jamel, Juliano, Steven, Richie, Ash, Laura, Eden, and Julian, though everyone in the staff were wonderful. Each one of these staff gave us unforgettable memories - I'd be far over the word limit of a review if I were to list only half of them!

Negatives:
Aging infrastructure can be seen on some locations on the resort. Mostly French being spoken which makes it difficult for non French speaking individuals, activities and kids clubs were not possible for our kids due to this. Reception probably the worst we have ever experienced, not helpful at all and just show you away with a blank face on their faces. Reception is your first point of contact and should make you feel welcomed, not like you bothering them.

Positives:
Location & beaches are world class, the entertainment at night and during the day was really enjoyable, regarding the food, we didn't have any complaints, always enough always good and lots of variety.

Special shout out to 3 individuals at the resort.

Jason and Ram at the bar were always helpful and friendly and served our drinks with a smile.

Our top employee choice was Mr. Dominique in the main restaurant. He consistently went out of his way to attend to our needs with a great smile and friendly chat! A few of the staff members could definitely learn from him !
